3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, content and tools provided by Vestara remain our exclusive property. You may not copy or distribute these materials without our prior written consent.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to cooperate fully with our team during the engagement period. Failure to provide required documents may delay service delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vestara is not responsible for any indirect harm or delays caused by third parties, legal authorities or force majeure events. Our total liability under these terms does not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Refunds for service fees are available if you submit a request within 7 days of purchase and we have not performed substantial work. Upon approval, the fee will be credited to your original source within 10 business days. You may reschedule a service at no extra cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Once our team has begun major tasks or document reviews, no refunds are permitted due to allocated resources and planning commitments.

6.2 Infoproducts

Digital courses and guides are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original source.

6.3 Goods

Physical merchandise may be sent back within 30 days of receipt in unused condition and original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back. Once we receive the package, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original source.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
